Highlights Management, Organic Management, Mobile Management – Upgraded guard and control measures, establishment and upgrading of all systems as a way to make the personnel on basic levels be fully aware of the concept of risk management, in which mobile management shall prevail to achieve zero-incident during guard and control operations.

Guard and Control Center

Teaching First – by taking root of the same, the entire personnel body is taught to abide by the law while learning more skills and straighten the attitude in service.

Establishment of Standard Operation Procedure for emergencies – by delivering intensified skill training to the management personnel while making all basic guards competent as the upgraded guard and control is about, where everybody is capable and authorized to manage the inmates.
